Pay attention to:
Differences of rates result through different sizes of rooms and equipment, the rates are per person and day for a stay of 3 nights, excluded are BB rates, for shorter stays than 3 nights we calculate 10% short-stay surcharge.

Conditions of payment:
We ask for a deposit of € 150,- per room, in case of a short-notice cancellation the amount will be regarded as processing fee.

Cancellations:
Will be handled according to the "Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen" - Austrian Hotel contract conditions. In case of late arrivals or early departures the whole booked stay will be charged.

Dogs:
We charge € 9,- per day for your dog (food not included). Dogs are prohibited in the restaurant and the whole spa area.
Please inform us about your dog when reserving the room.

Ways of payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card or Cash.

Please take into consideration:
That the rooms are available on the arrival day at 2 p.m. and have to be left at 11 a.m.
In case of a late arrival after 8 p.m. we ask for information.
For not consumed dinner menus we repay € 10,- per menu.
